600+ Blood Sugar

For the past few weeks my glucose levels have started rising. From an average of 130 to 600+ (meter maxed out). Now my vision is out of focus, terrible cramps and spastic muscle, throat dry to sticking, joints painful beyond belief, breathing is short, and my memory is feeble but trying. i have been taking in 135 oz. fluid per day, and evacuating 320 oz per day.
