Animas is a horrible company

I have been using the Animas Ping for a while now. The pump itself has been working great, easy to use and the color display is pleasant.

My problem is with Animas as a company, I have had an ongoing problem with their billing department that has yet to be resolved. I've dealt with many of their customer service representatives, the supervisor of the representatives, and even the supervisor's boss and none of them can give me answers or fix the original problem.

Based on my experience with Animas I would say choose another pump manufacturer.
