What is an AutoShip Policy?
AutoShip means that you automatically have your order shipped to you each month, instead of having to remember to place an order manually each month.
Are there any advantages to ordering using Autoship?
First, obviously, you have the convenience of not having to remember to place an order each month. Second, you save money. The typical discount (depending upon what is ordered) for using Autoship is between 10-15%. Third, most products can take between 2-3 months before you start to see the benefits. By using Autoship, you do not have any “gaps” when you are not receiving the product.
Can I cancel my AutoShip Order without Penalty?
Of course, you can. To cancel the Autoship, you must email, fax or mail notice of your request to cancel to Life Force International. You must include your Customer Pin Number on the notice. You will receive all of this information when you place your first order so you can cancel if you wish.
You can also cancel your order for just one month (i.e., skip a month) if you do not want to receive your order for one month, yet continue to receive it the following months. This often comes up, for example, if you are taking a long vacation and will not be home to receive the shipment. To do this, simply call Life Force customer service at 800.531.4877.
Regardless, of whether you skip a month or want to cancel completely, the request must be received by Life Force International 5 days prior to your Autoship due date.
What if I just want to try the products first?
Of course, you can do this and pay the extra cost.
However, consider this. Some companies bill you the difference between the automatic shipping price of the product and the full price if you cancel within the first month. NutriSystem is one example.
Life Force does not do this. Thus, you can save between 10-15% when you use the Autoship policy feature. Remember, you have until 5 days before your next Autohip due date (approximately 25 days) to cancel the Autoship order for the next month with NO PENALTY.
45-Day Product Guarantee
Also, remember, even if you miss your Autoship Policy due date deadline for cancelling the order, you can still return the products under the 45 day Product Guarantee, minus shipping costs. I would not recommend this, as shipping costs are not inconsequential considering that most Lifeforce products are liquids, thus rather heavy.
