Calming Tea Recipe

Tea is a great way to relax ad enjoy the simple pleasures of life. This tea recipe uses common tea bags, but infuses them with a variety of spices and flavors to give you a true gourmet experience.

Calming Tea Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Boiling Water
  • 2 Cloves
  • dash Nutmeg
  • 4 bags Tea
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon AllSpice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Peel
  • 1 teaspoon Orange Peel

Directions

Step 1. Simmer all of the ingredients in a sauce pan for 5 minutes, except tea bags. Bring to a boil and add tea bags. Let steep for approximately 3-5 minutes, depending upon how strong you want the tea to be. Strain.
