Diabetic Yellow Cake Recipe

Ingredients Amount
Stevia Powder 1 Tbs.
Olivio 1/4 Cup
White Flour 2 Cups
Canola Oil 5 Tbs.
Water 2/3 Cups
Egg Substitute 1/4 Cup
Baking Soda 1/2 Tsp.
Vanilla Extract 2 Tsp.
Milk, 1 percent 4 Tbs.
Lemon Juice 1 Tsp.

Baking Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and spray non-fat cooking spray on a 9 inch square baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine and mix all of the ingredients. Pour into the pan.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until done. Use a toothpick to test. If it comes out clean, you're done. Let cool, and then frost if desired. Cuts into 16 servings.
