Chocolate Whole Grain Brownie Supreme
This recipe is super sweet, especially since we substituted stevia for the regular sugar.

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Baking Instructions
- Pre-Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In large bowl, mix the stevia powder, salt, oil, water and cocoa powder.
- In a microwave safe bowl or on the stove top, melt the chocolate squares.
- Mix the melted chocolate and other ingredients from Step 2. Further mix the egg whites, vanilla and flour until entire mixture is smooth.
- Lightly spray nonstick 9 x 13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Pour mixture in pan and bake approximately 17-19 minutes. Cooking time will vary so check frequently. Allow brownies to cool in pan.
Cut into 25 pieces and enjoy!

Walnut "Blond" Brownie Recipe
Another classic, this recipe is sure to please. While we used walnuts, feel free to substitute or even add chocolate chips.

Baking Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine butter, oil, water and stevia powder in a saucepan and melt. Allow to cool completely.
- Combine Step 1 ingredients with eggs and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Next, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Once batter is mixed well, combine with walnuts.
- Lightly spray nonstick 9 x 13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Add mixture to pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes and allow to cool. Baking time can fluctuate, make sure you do not allow to over bake.
Cut into 20 brownies and serve. Yummy!
