Diabetic Chocolate Cake

Decidedly Decadent Cake Recipe!


Mouth watering diabetic chocolate cake. This decadent recipe will knock blow you away! It is simple to make, but don't let this fool you. This is one good chocolate cake.

Incredibly, each serving is under 120 calories and under 7 grams of sugar. Wow! If you add some icing, make sure you keep track of the total nutrition data.

Decadent Chocolate Cake

Ingredients Amount
Stevia Powder 2 tbs
Sugar 1/2 Cup
Fat Free Sour Cream 3/4 Cup
Water 1 tbs.
Butter, unsalted, light 1/2 Cup
Semi-Sweet Chocolate - Grated 1/2 Cup
Eggs 2
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Flour 2 Cups
Fat Free Milk 1/2 Cups

Baking Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and grease 9 x 13 inch pan with non-fat cooking spray.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan with the milk. Bring to a boil and cook until mixture become semi-solid, pudding or custard like. Set aside.
  3. Combine the stevia powder, butter, eggs and sour cream. Mix well. Next, add the water, baking powder and flour and mix thoroughly. Finally, mix in the chocolate and milk mixture. Pour in pan evenly.
  4. Bake cake for 45 to 60 minutes. You may have to adjust bake time longer or shorter depending upon your oven. Keep an eye on it. An easy way to check is with the toothpick test. Stick the tooth pick in the middle. If it comes out clean, you're done! Cut into 24 servings.
