Diabetic Chocolate Chip Cookies

Each serving has less than 150 calories and only 8 grams of sugar. Certainly no one wants empty calories, but we are talking dessert here!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

SemiSweet Chocolat Chips

Baking Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and set aside a no stick cookie baking sheet.
- Mix dry ingredients: Flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and stevia powder. Set aside.
- Mix eggs and vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients with the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix together with sour cream and chocolate chips.
- Take tablespoon size dollops of batter and place on baking sheet. There should be enough for 24 cookies.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes; however, keep an eye on the cookies as oven temperatures can vary. Allow to cool before eating.
