Diabetic Chocolate Chip Cookies

Amazingly Sweet!


Good diabetic chocolate chip cookies are hard to find. Great ones are even more elusive! Well no more! This amazing cookie recipe will have you begging for more. Just stick with one serving and share some with friends!

Each serving has less than 150 calories and only 8 grams of sugar. Certainly no one wants empty calories, but we are talking dessert here! Otherwise, go eat a celery stick. That's no fun so, try this recipe and see how you like it!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Ingredients Amount
Stevia Powder 3 tbs
Butter, unsalted 1/2 Cup
White Flour 2 Cups
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp.
Salt Pinch
Eggs 2
Baking Powder 1 tsp.
Baking Soda 0.5 tsp.
Fat Free Sour Cream 2/3 Cup
SemiSweet Chocolat Chips 12 oz.

Baking Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and set aside a no stick cookie baking sheet.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: Flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and stevia powder. Set aside.
  3. Mix eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine dry ingredients with the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix together with sour cream and chocolate chips.
  5. Take tablespoon size dollops of batter and place on baking sheet. There should be enough for 24 cookies.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes; however, keep an eye on the cookies as oven temperatures can vary. Allow to cool before eating.
