Instructions:
- Combine chocolate and Olivio in a pan and melt together.
- In the chocolate mix, combine the confectionary sugar, skim milk, stevia powder, and vanilla extract.
Beat until smooth. You may need to add some water for proper consistency. Makes 16 servings.
