Diabetic Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients Amount
Stevia Powder 1 TBS.
Unsweetened Chocolate Squares 1 oz.
Confectionary Sugar 2/3 Cup (unpacked)
Olivio (butter substitute) 1/4 Cup
Skim Milk 1/4 Cup
Vanilla Extract 1 Tsp.

Instructions:

  1. Combine chocolate and Olivio in a pan and melt together.
  2. In the chocolate mix, combine the confectionary sugar, skim milk, stevia powder, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth. You may need to add some water for proper consistency. Makes 16 servings.

  1. This one is easy. Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly and you're done. Makes 16 Servings.
