Nice! Don't like blueberries? Either of these recipes would be great with cranberries, boysenberries, etc.

Baking Instructions - Diabetic Muffin Recipes
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and use some fat free cooking spray to grease a 12 muffin baking pan.
- Beat egg white and oil together. Combine with milk and melted butter. Set aside.
- Combine dry mix ingredients: Flour, baking powder, stevia powder, salt.
- Combine both mixes, then gently mix in blueberries. Do not over mix. Scoop batter evenly into the muffin pan.
- Bake until tops are golden brown, approximately 20 minutes. One serving is one muffin.

You can't be bothered with what people think! If you are younger, well, then you don't know what you are missing.
But because we want you to try this great diabetic bran muffin recipe, we suggest you add some cranberries or other fruit to sweeten things up.
