No-Baking Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients, BUT the pumpkin puree. Mix well and let stand for several minutes when done.
- Next, heat over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves and mixture begins to thicken. Should be about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the pumpkin puree. Pour mixture into Keebler 9 inch Low Fat Graham Cracker Pie Crust.
- You need to chill, this pie, for about 3 hours before serving. Makes 8 servings.
