First week on NutriSystem D

Portioning and 1000 calorie limits is what sticks out in my mind.

I have lost 10 pounds in the 1st week. It has obviously quick started something in my body and I feel better.

It appears to be working because I'm eating the right foods(I like that I can supplement with raw carrots-banana-apples etc) , right size (eye opening small to what people normally consider correct), right time throughout the day and drinking 8 glasses of water.

I know nobody likes to talk about it but it does cause more gas. I'm lactose intolerate and I'm wondering if the milk used in producing the lunch, dinner items is a problem or the addition of beans to many of the meals. It could be just a function of more fiber.

Bottom line is my experience in the first 7 days wants me to continue for another week.

I'm also planning on increasing my 5k walks with my dogs to everyday instead of 3 days a week.
