ICU - 08 1835 Blood Glucose Levels - Ketoacidosis

Didn't know I was diabetic..had symptoms of thirst & confusion..taken to the ER...had a glucose level of 1835 according to the ER physician & ketoacidosis...went into coma for 8 days. recovered & w/ diet & exercise I am doing well. My last A1c was below 6.
