Itchy Legs Ankles and Toes

I have long time been type 2 diabetes.I take Metformin 2x a day and Lantus Insulin 1x in the evening.I am also using Chronium to control elevated blood sugar levels.Everything I take is all under Dr's supervision.I have had a terrible itchy rash on my lower legs,ankles and toes.I have small blisters on my toes.I am using Cortizone 10 with aloe.This does relive the itching for a while.Is there anything that I can possibly use to eliminate the rash?
