Mostly love Animas Insulin Pump - Some wear and tear issues

My son has had the Animas for over 3 years. Overall we are very satisfied with the pump. I love having the remote so we do not have to remove the pump from his body to check his sugar or bolus him (like the Cozmore we had before). The tubing is an issue sometimes because my son does baseball, football, basketball, and swimming. He is ten and we thought about switching to the Omnipod this time, but I have read some bad things about it as well. We are up for a new meter and we are going with Animas again. The wear and tear problems are that the arrow keys printing is wearing off and the bottom button is difficult to press sometimes over the last couple of weeks.
