My highest lood sugar levels

My highest blood sugar levels were something over 600 because the meter reads HIGH when its over that so I do not know how much over. That was 2 times in my life. It has been in the 500's about 10 times and in the high 400's probably daily for about 1 or 2 times a day for months about 3 years ago.

I have l learned a lot and made changes and although my A1C varies during the 4 times I get it checked it went from a high of 13.2 to My lowest of 7.2 once. but usually it is in the 8 to9 range its never gone higher than 9.4 in the last 2 years.

I'm still working on it learning about all the different ways stress and emotions and food effect it and how although most of the Bad foods are bad for all diabetics we are all unique and have to find out what raises our blood the fastest and for the longest. I would like to here other stories and encouragement if anyone would like to write back.
