Not Really Sure about OmniPod

I have been on the omnipod system for about a year now and up until this week my problems with the pump have been pretty minimal. This week however, I am on my 4th pod in only 5 days. For those of you who aren't familiar with the omni pod system, each individual pod is designed to be used for three days. However, 4 times this week my pod has just quit working without giving me any kind of warning.

It would be working fine all day long, I'd eat dinner, and every time I would check my BG about an hour after eating it would be almost 300, like I hadn't used any insulin at all. Every time I would dose to correct my high BG, wait about an hour, check my BG again and it would be about the same or even higher. It is seriously driving me insane.
