OmniPod is Horrible For Me!

I switched to Omnipod because after being a Minimed user for over twenty years, I became disappointed with Minimed's overall quality and customer service.
Omnipod has been the proverbial jumping from the frying pan into the fire. I have used the system for less than two months and have had to replace more than five pods ever since I started using the system. The last pod lasted almost ten hours before failing. I had a problem with the PDM after only one day of use and Support tried to tell me I using the wrong batteries. They were the batteries that shipped with the unit.
Support goes through the same idiotic question every time I call about a failed pod and those question have no bearing on how the pump is working. Support cannot make major decisions,such as replacing all pods of the same lot number, without contacting management. I have had more problems in a few weeks than I had with over twenty years of Minimed. I will not go back to Minimed, however, since they have gone too far downhill since Medtronic purchased the company.
On to the next pump manufacturer. I cannot recommend to anyone that they try Omnipod. While the concept is great, the company does not seem to be able to manage their quality.
