Omnipod Needs to Mature, Check Back in a Few Years.

This is my first pump, I have had it for 5 months. While it is a great concept it has yet to mature. I selected this pump because I thought tubeless was an advantage. I have not had a problem with support but I have had the issue with batteries (I just think this is BS. I find the PDM too large and heavy and the screen shuts off too quickly. Why can't they make it the size of an iPhone with a touch screen and an integrated MP3 player! POD quality is an issue I've had many occlusions and failures. I do find that it is a bit large and if it gets pumped a bit too much it can fail or get ripped off which is quite painful.

I am looking to change if I can get my insurance to cover another pump.
