OsteoMegaCare is another liquid bone and joint nutritional supplement from Life Force, similar to OsteoProCare. The primary difference between the two products is that there is no chondroitan and the glucosamine is derived from algae instead of shrimp. This last difference is what it 100% vegetarian.

Unless you are a vegetarian, I would stick with the OsteoProCare, because of the added chondroitan. If you are a vegetarian, then this product has the following benefits.

Product Description

Calcium is essential for strong bones and teeth, nerve transmission, muscle contraction, and it even helps keep cells intact. OsteOmegaCare liquid dietary calcium combines the benefits of calcium with Omega 3, 6 and 9 Essential Fatty Acids, the building blocks of every cell membrane in the body. Essential Fatty Acids promote absorption of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K), and maintain kidney function.

Two daily servings provides 1,200 mg of calcium and 1,000 IUs of Vitamin D3, the ideal ratio for optimum absorption and utilization. It also contains a vegetarian source of glucosamine sourced from Aspergillus niger to support healthy joints, inulin (oligo fiber) to boost absorption and digestive health, and L-carnitine, which is believed to promote growth.
