Over 500 Blood Glucose Level

This isn't the highest but its one I'm having right now. I hate when it gets this high because no matter how much insulin I take it takes hours and hours to go back down. I feel sick trying bring it down by running in place and checking every 20 min. It went from 515 to 480 to 535 again. Ive only had it over 500 5 or 6 times in my life the past 12 years and each time it is a pain. Ive had it over 1000 when I was first diagnosed. I should have been in a coma they said, I lost a lot of weight and it was sad to say it might have been prevented or caused less damage if my primary doctor diagnosed me correct. He said I had the flu, mono, pneumonia, ect. just giving me different sicknesses and telling me to drink 7 up and soup. why didnt I sue this quack or get justice? I have no idea why, its been 12 years and still dealing with this sickness I wish would just be cured.
