Over 600 Blood Glucose and Pancreaitis

I have a history of High Triglycerides which causes me to have frequent attacks of Pancreatitis. When I have a particularly bad period of Pancreatitis, my blood sugar does go over 600 for a period of time. During these times, I do take insulin until the pacreatitis is reduced and then my Blood Glucose returms to normal.
