Over 600 Blood Glucose Level

I have a history of Pancreatitis induced by High Triglycerides and a history of a farry liver. In my case, this is due to a genetic abnormality that causes Hyper triglycerides. The high Triglycerides induce pancreatitis which causes very high blood glucose. In fact, as I am typing this response, my glucose has measured at 498 and at HI (over 600).
This just seems like a problem I will have to learn to live with and live my life on a day to day basis.
