Please help with this itch. Desperate

i have had this itch for over a year, its a deep itch. it seems like its deep. my finger tips feet back toes, mostly all over. this itch keeps me from sleeping some nights its worse than others. I'm looking for help, i do have diabetes my doctor has even given me nerve pills which hasn't helped. desperate.
