Problems with Raw Food Diet

I have been on the Raw Food Diet for 3 months now.
My blood sugar was 400 before I started.
I thought this was the answer to my prayers.
I actually gained weight on this diet and my blood sugar is still there.

I am totally confused.
I do have more energy though on this diet.
I exercise daily....walking,health club and biking.
I am going to decide this weekend if I should continue after my blood sugar count is taken.

Did anyone else out there have this problem?
