Pumps fail after a year
by: Anonymous

My pumps also last a year or leass. Button failure each time. No explainable reason for failure. It takes me an average of two days to get a replacement which is not acceptable! Even with a backup plan my blood sugar levels will swing from 50 to 500+ by the time the replacement pump arrives. I have to stay home from work and pray that my new pump arrives before I end up in the emergency room. Looking for another brand of pump with better customer servie and reliability.
