For daily immune support, mix 1 packet in 4 fl. oz. of water and enjoy. Increase to 2-3 packets daily when you need an extra boost.

For children ages 4-12, mix half a packet in 4 fl. oz. water daily, and then one full packet in 4 fl. oz. water when they need an extra boost. Do not give to children under the age of 4 without first consulting your pediatrician.
