The first frosting recipe is a silky smooth chocolate frosting. You will be surprised at how tasty it is.
Diabetic Chocolate Frosting

- 1 tablespoon Stevia Powder
- 1oz Unsweetened Chocolate Squares
- 2/3 cups Confectionary Sugar
- 1/4 cup Olivio (butter substitute)
- 1/4 cup Skim Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
|Step 1.||Combine chocolate and Olivio in a pan and melt together.|
|Step 2.||In the chocolate mix, combine the confectionary sugar, skim milk, stevia powder, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth. You may need to add some water for proper consistency. Makes 16 servings.|
