Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Stevia Powder
- 2/3 cups Olivio
- 1 cup White Flour
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
Directions
Step 1. | Mix all of the ingredients together and refrigerate batter overnight or at least for several hours. The mixture needs to thicken prior to baking. |
Step 2. | Pre heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly spray non-fat cooking spray on no stick cookie sheet. |
Step 3. | Place rounded dollops of dough onto pan. There should be enough dough for 30 cookies. Bake for 10-13 minutes, or until lightly brown. Let cool and eat. 1 cookie per serving. |
