Ingredients
- 2lb Boneless Pork Shoulder
- 3/4 cups Ketchup
- 1oz Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Celery (Diced)
- 1/4 cup Onion
- 1oz Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcester Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 cup Water
- 5 Reduced Calorie Buns
Directions
Step 1. | Put Pork in Crock Pot. |
Step 2. | Chop the onion and celery. In a large bowl, combine the diced onion and celery, and ketchup, lemon juice, vinegar, worcester sauce, brown sugar, pepper and water. Stir. |
Step 3. | Pour mixture over pork. Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 5-7 hours, or until pork is tender and pulls apart easily. |
