- 1 tablespoon Stevia Powder
- 1/4 cup Olivio
- 2 cups White Flour
- 5 tablespoons Canola Oil
- 2/3 cups Water
- 1/4 cup Egg Substitute
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 4 tablespoons Milk, 1%
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
|Step 1.||Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and spray non-fat cooking spray on a 9 inch square baking pan.|
|Step 2.||In a large mixing bowl, combine and mix all of the ingredients. Pour into the pan.|
|Step 3.||Bake for 30 minutes or until done. Use a toothpick to test. If it comes out clean, you’re done. Let cool, and then frost if desired. Cuts into 16 servings.|
