Step 1.

Take all of the ingredients, including the steak, and put in a zip lock back. Swish the bag around a bit to evenly cover the steak with the marinade. |
Step 2.

Leave in the refrigerator for at least 6-8 hours. Turn the bag over a bit to make sure all of the steak gets covered with the marinade. |
Step 3.

Cooking. Here’s where you have some choices. This steak is great grilled, broiled or cooked in a iron frying pan. Cook to your desired level. |
Step 4.

Sauce. Meanwhile, save the marinade and onions. Pour mixture into a saucepan and heat until boiling. Simmer until onions are soft.
Pour sauce over each steak. Oh yeah! Very good!
