Diabetic Asian Infused Salad Recipe

  • 2.5 cups Grilled Chicken (Chopped)
  • 12oz Cabbage (Shredded)
  • 1 cup Mushrooms (Sliced)
  • 2 Medium Carrots (Shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro
  • 1 Medium Cucumber (Thinly Sliced)
  • 4 Green Onions (Thinly Sliced)
  • 1 Medium Tangerine (Sectioned)
  • 1 dash Black Pepper


Step 1. Prepare all ingredients as described above.
Step 2. Don’t over think this next step. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl except the tangerines and green onions. Toss well.
Step 3. Add tangerines and green onions to the top.
Step 4. Entire salad makes 4 servings. Add your favorite low or no fat salad dressing.
