Ingredients
- 6 cups Broccoli Florets
- 1/2 cup Shrimp (Peeled and Cooked)
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream (Non-Fat)
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise (Non-Fat)
- 1/3 cup Plain Yogurt (Non-Fat)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 tablespoon Salt
Directions
Step 1. | Steam broccoli until it is tender but not mushy. Let cool. |
Step 2. | In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Toss well and chill for several hours. |
