Ingredients

  • 6 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1/2 cup Shrimp (Peeled and Cooked)
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream (Non-Fat)
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise (Non-Fat)
  • 1/3 cup Plain Yogurt (Non-Fat)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tablespoon Salt

Directions

Step 1. Steam broccoli until it is tender but not mushy. Let cool.
Step 2. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Toss well and chill for several hours.
