Cinnamon Apple Crunch Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Apples (Thinly Sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Sugar (Or Sugar Substitute)
  • 1.5 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg (Beaten)
  • 1/2 cup Margerine (Melted)

Directions

Step 1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2. Spray an oven ready bake pan (for example a 13x9, 12x10, etc.) with nonstick cooking spray. Add sliced apples.
Step 3. Next layer is the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over apples.
Step 4. Finally, spread melted margarine over the top.
Step 5. Bake for 45 minutes. You want the top to be golden brown.
