Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Stevia Powder
  • 3/4 cups Whole Grain Flour
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Olivio (butter substitute)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 3 Apples
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder

Directions

Step 1. Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray 8×8 inch baking pan with no-fat cookie spray.
Step 2. Flour Mixture. Mix egg, flour, baking powder, and stevia powder. You may need to add some water to mixture to obtain proper crumbly consistency. Set aside.
Step 3. Peel, core and dice apples. (You can leave peel on if you desire). Combine apples with half of the cinnamon and spread evenly into baking pan. Evenly, spread flour mixture over apples.
Step 4. Topping. In a mixing bowl, combine and mix remaining cinnamon, rolled oats, brown sugar, and Olivio. Mixture should be crumbly. Spread evenly over apples in pan.
Step 5. Bake for 60 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 12 servings.
