Amazingly sweet diabetic banana bread recipe! So good, you may have monkeys coming to your house for a snack! Maybe the best banana bread you’ve ever had?
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Stevia Powder
- 1/2 cup Olivio (butter substitute)
- 2 cups White Flour
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 cups Bananas, Overripe, Mashed
- 4 Egg Whites
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- Salt Pinch
Directions
Step 1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray non fat cooking spray on a 9×5 bread pan. |
Step 2.

Mix bananas, sugar , stevia powder and egg whites. Then, mix in the mashed bananas. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. |
Step 3.

Combine the two mixes and sir to blend. However, do not over stir. Just make sure the mixture is moist. Pour batter into the pan. |
Step 4.

Bake for approximately one hour, then cool for at least 10 minutes and remove from pan. Makes 12 servings. |
