Amazingly sweet diabetic banana bread recipe! So good, you may have monkeys coming to your house for a snack! Maybe the best banana bread you’ve ever had?

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Stevia Powder
  • 1/2 cup Olivio (butter substitute)
  • 2 cups White Flour
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 cups Bananas, Overripe, Mashed
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • Salt Pinch

Directions

Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray non fat cooking spray on a 9×5 bread pan.
Step 2. Mix bananas, sugar , stevia powder and egg whites. Then, mix in the mashed bananas. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt.
Step 3. Combine the two mixes and sir to blend. However, do not over stir. Just make sure the mixture is moist. Pour batter into the pan.
Step 4. Bake for approximately one hour, then cool for at least 10 minutes and remove from pan. Makes 12 servings.
