Diabetic Beef Stew Recipe

Diabetic Beef Stew Recipe

Serves 12
Cook time 8 hours
I made this diabetic beef stew recipe last night. I loved it and so did my whole family. Ingredients

  • 1lb Beef Sirloin
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1 cup Carrots (Diced)
  • 1 cup Celery (Diced)
  • 14.5oz Petit Cut Tomatoes, No Salt Added (Diced)
  • 6oz Tomato Paste, No Salt
  • 1.5 cups Rutabaga (Diced)
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Step 2. Chop the onion, carrots, celery and rutabaga. Add these ingredients and all other ingredients to the slow cooker.
Step 3. Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 8-10 hours.
Step 4. Enjoy
