This diabetic blueberry smoothie recipe is simply AWESOME! I drink one every morning for breakfast. It is super quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 8oz Usweetended Organic Soy Milk
- 1 scoop Designer Whey French Vanilla Protien Powder
- 3 cubes Ice
- 3.5oz Blueberries
Directions
Step 1.

Put soy milk in blender. Add in this order: Protein Powder, ice and blueberries. (If you have a small portable blender like I do, putting the ingredients in this order will tend to keep the ice from jamming the blades.) |
Step 2.

Blend thoroughly. |
Step 3.

Pour into glass and enjoy! |
