  • 3 tablespoons Stevia Powder
  • 5 tablespoons Canola Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1oz Water
  • 4 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 6 tablespoons Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2/3 cups Whole Grain Flour


Step 1. Pre-Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2. In large bowl, mix the stevia powder, salt, oil, water and cocoa powder.
Step 3. In a microwave safe bowl or on the stove top, melt the chocolate squares.
Step 4. Mix the melted chocolate and other ingredients from Step 2. Further mix the egg whites, vanilla and flour until entire mixture is smooth.
Step 5. Lightly spray nonstick 9 x 13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Step 6. Pour mixture in pan and bake approximately 17-19 minutes. Cooking time will vary so check frequently. Allow brownies to cool in pan. Cut into 25 pieces and enjoy!
