Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Stevie Powder
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cups Fat Free Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1/2 cup Butter, unsalted, light
  • 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate - Grated
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 cup Fat Free Milk

Directions

Step 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and grease 9 x 13 inch pan with non-fat cooking spray.
Step 2. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan with the milk. Bring to a boil and cook until mixture become semi-solid, pudding or custard like. Set aside.
Step 3. Combine the stevia powder, butter, sugar, eggs and sour cream. Mix well. Next, add the water, baking soda and flour and mix thoroughly. Finally, mix in the chocolate and milk mixture. Pour in pan evenly.
Step 4. Bake cake for 45 to 60 minutes. You may have to adjust bake time longer or shorter depending upon your oven. Keep an eye on it. An easy way to check is with the toothpick test. Stick the tooth pick in the middle. If it comes out clean, you’re done! Cut into 24 servings.
