Diabetic Chocolate Frosting

  • 1 tablespoon Stevia Powder
  • 1oz Unsweetened Chocolate Squares
  • 2/3 cups Confectionary Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Olivio (butter substitute)
  • 1/4 cup Skim Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract


Step 1. Combine chocolate and Olivio in a pan and melt together.
Step 2. In the chocolate mix, combine the confectionary sugar, skim milk, stevia powder, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth. You may need to add some water for proper consistency. Makes 16 servings.
