Ingredients

  • 1 Small Cherry Gelatin Packet (Sugar Free)
  • 1 cup Boiling Water
  • 1/2 cup Cold Water
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Ground Cherries
  • 1 cup Celery (Diced)

Directions

Step 1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and chill until mixture just begins to set.
Step 2. Add all other ingredients and mix. Chill mix until completely set, then serve.
