Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Sour Cream (Low Fat)
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 3 Medium Apples (Peeled and Diced)
- 1/2 cup Celery (Diced)
- 2 tablespoons Walnuts (Chopped)
Directions
Step 1. | Take the sour cream and lemon juice and mix together. Add apples, celery and walnuts to dressing and toss. Make sure all the ingredients are covered in the dressing. |
Step 2. | Chill and serve as is, or over a bed of lettuce. |
