Healthier Garlic Mashed Potatoes Recipe

  • 1lb Potatoes
  • 2 cups Skim Milk
  • 2 cloves Garlic (Chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper


Step 1. Peel and dice the potatoes. Put in a pot of water and bring to boil. Cook until tender, approximately 20 minutes. Drain water.
Step 2. Cook remaining ingredients in a separate pan on low heat for about 25 minutes. You want the garlic to be soft.
Step 3. Add sauce to the potato pot and smash with a potato smasher until smooth. You can use an electronic mixer if you prefer for an even smoother consistency.
