Step 1.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. |
Step 2.

Combine butter, oil, water and stevia powder in a saucepan and melt. Allow to cool completely. |
Step 3.

Combine Step 1 ingredients with eggs and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Next, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Once batter is mixed well, combine with walnuts. |
Step 4.

Lightly spray nonstick 9 x 13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Add mixture to pan. |
Step 5.

Bake for 25 minutes and allow to cool. Baking time can fluctuate, make sure you do not allow to over bake.
