Ingredients
- 1 cup Wild Rice (Dry)
- 3 cups Chicken Broth (Low Sodium)
- 1/4 cup Onion (Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms (Chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Sage
Directions
Step 1. | Sauté onions and mushrooms in a medium saucepan, using some non-fat olive oil cooking spray. |
Step 2. | When browned, add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer for approximately 40-50 minutes or until rice is tender. |
