Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Stevia Powder
- 5 tablespoons Canola Oil
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 1oz Water
- 4 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 6 tablespoons Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
- 4 Egg Whites
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 2/3 cups Whole Grain Flour
Directions
Step 1. | Pre-Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. |
Step 2. | In large bowl, mix the stevia powder, salt, oil, water and cocoa powder. |
Step 3. | In a microwave safe bowl or on the stove top, melt the chocolate squares. |
Step 4. | Mix the melted chocolate and other ingredients from Step 2. Further mix the egg whites, vanilla and flour until entire mixture is smooth. |
Step 5. | Lightly spray nonstick 9 x 13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. |
Step 6. | Pour mixture in pan and bake approximately 17-19 minutes. Cooking time will vary so check frequently. Allow brownies to cool in pan. Cut into 25 pieces and enjoy! |
