Ingredients
- 2 Medium Carrots (Diced)
- 1 Medium Onion (Chopped)
- 2 stalks Celery (Chopped)
- 6 cups Chicken Broth (Low Sodium)
- 6oz Egg Noodles (Uncooked)
- 8oz Chicken Breasts (Cooked and Diced)
- 3 tablespoons Parsley
Directions
Step 1. | Cook Chicken then dice into bite size pieces. |
Step 2. | Put carrots, onion, celery, and broth into large pot. Boil contents. |
Step 3. | Reduce heat to an easy boil for an additional 10 minutes. |
Step 4. | Add noodles. Continue cooking until noodles are tender. Then, add the chicken and heat to boil. Sprinkle parsley on top and Serve. |
