Diabetic Tomato Rice Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Tomato Juice (Low Sodium)
  • 1.25 cups Beef Broth (Low Sodium)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Rice (Cooked)

Directions

Step 1. Cook rice beforehand.
Step 2. Place all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to boil. Simmer for approximately 5-10 minutes and serve.
